SMS Messaging and Notifications
Upon opting in to our messaging service, the end user agrees to receive messages from PMAA, Inc. regarding job opportunities or updates on applications for jobs they have applied to or shown interest in. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Email Communications and Anti-Spam Policy
PMAA, Inc. is a professional staffing and recruiting firm. This section explains how we use email in the course of our business.
We do not send unsolicited bulk email. We contact hiring managers, human resources professionals, and business leaders individually and for a specific, relevant business purpose — typically to introduce a qualified candidate for a role that the recipient’s organization is actively hiring for.
How we obtain contact information. Business contact details are obtained from publicly available business sources, licensed business-data providers, our own client and candidate relationships, and individuals who have provided their information to us directly. We do not purchase consumer email lists and we do not email personal or non-business addresses for marketing purposes.
Every message identifies us. All email we send identifies PMAA, Inc., is sent from a named individual at a PMAA-owned domain, and includes a valid physical mailing address and a working reply address that reaches a person.
Opting out. Every message includes a means to opt out. You may also email info@pmaainc.com at any time to be removed. We honor all removal requests promptly and permanently, at no cost, and we do not require you to explain the request.
Reporting abuse. If you believe you have received email from us in error, or email that appears to originate from a PMAA domain but was not sent by us, please report it to info@pmaainc.com. We investigate every report.
Our standards. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable data-protection law. We authenticate all sending domains with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. We verify addresses before sending and permanently suppress any address that bounces or requests removal.
