At one of country’s top communications firms, he was promoted to T2 for the internet support team leader of 15 technicians. In this position, he implemented tracking software that lowered wait times by 75% and supported T1 and customer escalations.

In his last position, he was in charge of managing all of the GPO’s in Active Directory to keep all of the company’s PC assets in compliance.
He also was also responsible for imaging on multiple laptops and desktop PC’s in almost all of his previous support positions using Ghost, Acronis, Clonezilla, and Altiris.
He’s set up many blade servers with VMWare, and also worked extensively with VMWare Workstation
